These are extraordinary times that require extraordinary help to overcome the isolation.

As a new or expectant mom, you need the support like never before. From friends, family, therapists, teachers and your community...but that is now limited.

That's a big reason why I created this challenge to help support moms right now -- focusing on small tasks you can accomplish daily to combat anxiety, loneliness and depression. In a pressure-free zone where you do as much (or as little) as you like. All with the goal of facing this reality together to manage this new life...and come out stronger than ever. How today's isolation is affecting moms, RIGHT NOW...

"I really needed to see this. I have a 6 week old baby and this is not how I ever imagined my maternity leave with my baby. I've felt so angry this has happened being separated from family and friends but know it has to be done and we are all in this together ? Trying to keep myself positive but it's really hard ."

Amy

This is exactly how I feel. I have a 6 month old that is now so engaged and interested, I feel like such a crappy mummy just putting different toys in front of him. I desperately miss our baby groups and the interaction with other mums. Even before this, the days felt so long, no we’re mostly confined to the house with limited contact I feel so isolated. I’m also devastated that this is my maternity leave - by the time this is over I will be back to full time work. We are missing out on so much, so many memories. We have had to cancel his christening next month. I know these are very 1st world problems and I am trying to be positive and hold it together but honestly this is having such an impact on me ?? I just want our lives back ?

Jessica

It's been really hard. The isolation before was almost unbearable and now we are back to no contact again. Expect this time my body wants to move and be active. I've been coping by doing more and more yoga..cooking and keeping myself busy. Reminding myself this will pass. "
