Celebrating Fútbol with Pampers & Family {Giveaway}

Disclaimer: This is part of a sponsored collaboration with Latina Mom Bloggers and Pampers. All opinions are 100% mine.

As a mom of boys, and wife to an avid sports fan and former athlete, I know how big a role sports will undoubtedly play in our lives.  My husband is always tuning in to watch his favorite teams go at it throughout the year — I tell you, he even manages a fantasy football group!  He and our toddler, Chili, can spend hours in the yard running around, wrestling and taking turns throwing and kicking balls.  Our newest little bundle of joy is also proving to be an athlete-in-the-making at two months with his impressive kicking strength and growth spurts (already grew +3.5 inches since birth)!

That’s why we really CAN’T WAIT for some friendly competition this year to cheer on our favorite teams during this summer’s futbol matches!  To celebrate and show our national pride we plan on sporting the red, white and blue team colors while watching the games with the boys — I know daddy will be all too ready to teach them about fútbol (I can already hear them shouting GOALLLLLLLLL!) :).

We are also celebrating by spreading the word about the #MiEquipoMiHerencia virtual stadium App & Sweepstakes which Pampers has launched to bring Latino families and their babies together to honor two very important aspects of our lives: national pride and a love of fútbol.  Through July 15th parents are encouraged to upload and customize photos of their little fan in the Pampers Virtual Stadium, generating a shareable meme.

Just see how cute — not to mention hilarious — it is below!!

Oh, did I mention this is all for a chance to win the grand prize of a year supply of diapers and wipes?!!

In honor of the big summer games, Pampers has provided us with some awesome futbol-themed gifts.

    I love watching fútbol, and I may get a bit competitive, so I transfer some of my excitement to my kids and they get in the fútbol spirit too. #México

    we will be cheering for the us. I have a good time with my family by watching all of the games and cheering for the best team to win. We always have different opinions, one of my kids would be cheering for one team while the other cheers for another. My kids absolutely love soccer, my eight year old plays on a team. We collect stickers in the official FIFA sticker album, we have all the us players.
