Although I wasn’t too sure how I felt about grilling any type of dessert, I found this recipe to be quite exceptional, especially for those of us strapped for time. So once you or your significant other is done grilling those burgers and hot dogs, make some room for pound cake! This one is quick and super EASY. It will be sure to satisfy the whole family. Enjoy!
|Grilled Pound Cake with Berries and Ice Cream||
- Pound Cake
- Berries (Strawberries or Blueberries)
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Heat slices of pound cake on the hot (clean) grill grates for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until you have visible grill marks.
- Top each slice with ice cream and 1/2 cup of fresh berries.
