Silimap Portable Placemat: A Baby Item for Easy Traveling {Giveaway}

There are a few baby items that you call “must-have” when traveling with little ones. The Silimap Portable Placement is one of those items. It makes eating on-the-go (especially during cold-flu season) a little less stressful.

The Silimap is a fun silicone placemat and map of the United States, perfect for helping kids become familiar with all the states.

One of the things we found most useful about the Silimap was it’s durability. Because it is made from silicone, it stays in place  better than the standard plastic placemats made for traveling. This means it’s not as easy for your toddler to push out of place.

So the fact that this product is made from natural materials just gives me the peace of mind that my kid isn’t eating or playing on a table full of germs and bacteria.

I also love that my son can get creative with markers on his Silimap and then wipe it down when done, making it a great choice for taking with us to restaurants. No more worrying about keeping the kids entertained or searching for paper and crayons to color with.

We really love how educational and fun the Silimap placemat is, especially because it grows with your kid, from 6 months up, as he or she learns to master geography.

And although it conveniently folds into pre-sectioned panels that make it easy to ffit in a diaper bag, we love using the placemat right at home, to keep messes in check from room to room!
