I’ve always considered myself a genuinely healthy and somewhat fit individual, but have to admit post-pregnancy it hasn’t been so easy to get back on track. A bit more motivation and effort is needed these days…and at times I find myself wishing for some type of wellness coach.
Luckily, I’ve discovered that there’s an app for that: the WannaBeWell App from Life…Supplemented! This app serves as a comprehensive resource to educate, activate and motivate for a healthier life by focusing on three areas: healthy diet, exercise and vitamins. These three pillars are the key to a healthy lifestyle.
I found it fascinating that with the app, I could create a personalized wellness coach customized to my liking that would deliver daily messages to help me live that healthy lifestyle I’ve been dreaming of (a little encouragement here and there goes a long way)!
Users who download the app, can also take a “Score Card Test” which grades individuals on their overall wellness and provides customized insights based on their score. So you are either an an AlphaWELL or an OhWELL…and let’s just say I didn’t fare as well as I thought!
Those who really want to stay fit can check out the app’s Supplement Resource Center which contains a wide-range of articles to help people make more informed decisions about their dietary supplements.
